Deliveries
We pick up and deliver new, used, and antique furniture from any store or warehouse. We will always inspect the furniture before we load it into our truck and note any discrepancies with said furniture. This means our workers will call Darrell Higgins or the customer (you) directly with questions or comments about the condition of your furniture, before we load and move your furniture. We might take pictures of furniture if we see damage. If we cannot communicate with our customer at time of pick up, we will take pics of the discrepancy or issue with the furniture. We Move Recreational Vehicles
We also move motorcycles, some trailers, some small boats, jet skis, 4-wheelers, golf carts and more.
We Move Wine Collections
We also move and pack wine. We are a full service wine packer with a cold storage facility. Our facility keeps your wine at 55 degrees. During transport your wine is kept in our refrigerated truck at a cool 55 degrees.
FREE Written Estimates
Darrell Higgins will come to your location, during the day or evening, whenever is easiest for you. Our written estimate will outline all the costs associated with your move. There will be no surprises when you pay your bill. You don’t pay us anything until we are completely finished with your job and you are happy and satisfied with our work. We will travel up 80 miles to give you an estimate.

Payments
We don’t take payments until the job is finished. Some will say that’s old fashioned and not up to date with current business practices. Well that’s OK, we like to run our business the old fashioned way, to look a customer in the eye, give them our word with a firm handshake. When the customer is happy and satisfied we then accept payment. We sometimes take a down payment for an upcoming job if the if we think the job requires it. We accept credit cards, cash, VENMO, ZELLE or CASH APP.
Packing and Supplies
We offer full packing services as well as a range of packing materials including boxes, pack paper, tape, bubble wrap, plastic stretch film and shredded paper. All furniture is blanket wrapped, and some furniture/appliances will be wrapped in plastic.
Boxes
We also offer specialty boxes such as: double walled TV boxes, double walled wardrobe boxes, and file boxes with lids. We wrap most pieces with custom plastic stretch wrap to protect furniture and keep doors and drawers from opening. Some customers decide to pack themselves, and we can happily coach you on how to do that for no extra charge. If you’d like our help packing, we can provide a very reasonable quote for you. You get FREE wardrobe boxes with metal bar to hang your clothes. We will pack and unpack your clothes for you too! We lend wardrobe boxes to you for the day and will gladly make them and pack your hanging clothes, load them on the truck, take them to the closet at your new home and unload them. We then take them back on the truck with us to our next job.

We will take care of your belongings, as if they belonged to us. If we do damage your personal property we will have it repaired or have it replaced in a timely manner. We cover floors, walls, and furniture (as needed) as we move things in and out of our truck.

MOVING TIP – When packing boxes, put heavier items toward the bottom and lighter items on the top. Use a smaller box for fragile items. Always remember, more pack paper is better.
